Donna experienced significant growth following World War II as industries began movingowntown: plastics manufacturing; steel production; airplane manufacturing; oil refineries; agricultural products processing plants; etcetera. Today, Donna is known for its famous donuts and coffee shops, as well as its vibrant arts scene which includes music venues and art shows throughout the year.
