One victim died from his injuries sustained in these storms In recent years there has been an increase in development within the city limits with many new subdivisions being created including: Oak Cliff Estates, Riverbend Communities II & III (Rancho Village), Farmers Branch Subdivision (Grand Prairie), Humble Creek Rancho Villages I & II (Humble Creek), Windridge Acres I & II (Windridge Hills) and much more!
