He then built what would become known as McCall's Place which operated until 1997 when it closed too due to lack of business. In 1950 Denton annexed portions of Garland to become its second city limits which made it easier for residents to get around without having to go throughDallas-Fort Worth County altogether - making it one of the most diverse cities within Dallas-Fort Worth County today!
