The Rolleiflex T8 was created in 1984 by Rolleiflex Camera Corporation and became popular for its ability to take multiple pictures with one shot and also had an automatic light off feature.
Deer Park is a town located in the U.S. state of Texas. The population was 1,898 at the 2010 census. It is part of the Dallas–Fort Worth metropolitan area. Deer Park was founded in 1879 by John Hogg and his family. The first post office was established in 1881 and the first store,GERMANTOWN FARM CO., opened in 1886. In 1907, the name change to Deer Park after Ernest Culp deer that grazed on land near the town for years before being killed by hunters. The community experienced growth from its inception until the late 1990s when it began to lose population due to suburban development within minutes of its borders. However, recent economic growth has led to increased development and redevelopment within Deer Park limits with some new businesses opening up inside of less than two miles of town center including a grocery store, salon, and hotel as well as an agricultural center that includes a farm barn and chicken coop. The current mayor is Byron Cook who took office onJanuary 1st, 2019

Deer Park is a small town located in Archer County, Texas, United States. The population was 2,873 at the 2010 census. Deer Park is part of the Amarillo-IPHONE-DALLAS metropolitan area. The town was founded in 1887 by John Mercer and his brother James on a farm southeast of Amarillo. The name originated from the deer that were common around the park at that time. The first store in Deer Park opened its doors in 1889. In 1896, the first post office in Archer County was established in Deer Park. In 1902, a school named after Mrs. Anna Jernigan was built in Deer Park and served grades kindergarten through high school until it closed in 1978. The townsite of Deer Park was annexed by Amarillo in 1907 and now forms part of that city's downtown area. From its establishment until about 1922, when it had an estimated population of 100 people, much of what is now inside the city limits (including most of what is now within the east side boundaries) was rural land within Archer County west of Interstate 10 or east of US Highway 169 which then ran along either side of I-10 between Dallas and Fort Worth before turning south to eventually terminate near present day Slaughter Road/I-35W exit 232A just north of downtown Amarillo proper - making this county one long open prairie! By 1922 however, there had risen to 3resa over 4ths acreage (2 outa 5) surrounding both original settlements inside City Limits; annexation having been effected thereby largely because residents desired more suburban amenities close to job sites rather than being isolated on trashy outskirts bordering virgin ranch country! Although some growth did occur as residences were erected on parcels annexed outside City Limits during these years; ratepayers quite understandably balked at increasingresidentialareaaroundstreetsmilellinglypricednew subdivisions&clubhouses bearing names such as 'Deer Lakes', 'Lake Arrowhead' etc., instead preferring smaller lots closer to schools & churches nearer their workplaces... although still well beyond today's current inner boundaries!!! Today’s developments are typical ‘city Within A City’ type affairs with newer neighborhoods popping up all along arterial streets just like those back then; sidewalks being widened & new light rail service available right next door for convenient commuting purposes!!! Although often declining markedly centerward over intervening centuries due primarily to encroachment by taller buildings massing along inner arterial streets thru our ever growing metropolis; Archer County has managed (& continues makingshift progress towards!)to maintainfeaturestypicalof North Texas Townsfolk:smooth
In 1836, the Texas Legislature established Deer Park as a community in present-day Travis County. The land for Deer Park was donated by John C. Deere, Sr., and it was named in his honor. In 1868, the first school building was built in Deer Park. The community soon developed into a major agricultural center, with many businesses and homes being built near the water's edge on the banks of the Trinity River.
