Knives have been with humans for thousands of years. They date back to at least 10,000 BC when hunter-gatherers in Eurasia used sharpened sticks to catch game. This technology led to the development of today’s kitchen cutlery products including bread knives and steak knives etc., all while still providing excellent performance due to their anatomic design principles.
