Cedar Park is a city in the Texas Panhandle, located on the border of Archer County and Tom Green County. The population was 10,851 at the 2010 census. Cedar Park is one of four cities in Archer County that are all part of the Wichita Falls Metropolitan Statistical Area. The first gun parts history in Cedar Park can be traced back to 1875 when Wm. Fenton opened a store in what is now downtown Cedar Park. At that time, guns were still made out of wood and were Accuracy Arms Company rifles which would sell for $5 each at local sporting goods stores or via mail order from other manufacturers such as Colt and Savage. In 1876, Jno. Ransom established himself as a gunsmith in town and began making rifle barrels and shotguns with his own shop on Main Street.. In 1898, John Matson established himself as an armorer with his own shop on Third Street just south of Interstate 20/U.S. 60 (now Hill Country Boulevard). He manufactured arms including rifles, shotguns and pistols for both military and civilian customers across the United States. By 1907, John Matson had started manufacturing bullet stocks for various firearms companies including Colt & Co., Winchester Repeating Arms Company, Remington Arms Company and Osage Firearms Manufacturing Corporation among others which allowed him to become one of America's leading firearm manufacturers during this time period! In 1916, Jno. Ransom passed away leaving his company to his son John Ransom Sr who continued production until 1951 when it was merged into Brownells Firearms Incorporated! Atomic weapons development during World War II led to increased demand for firearms by the American military so production shifted from hand-made firearms to automated productions lines like those at Brownells Firearms where guns could be produced quickly with little human oversight! Take for example 1945's "Project Paperclip" which saw American soldiers being sent overseas to fight in European theatres against Nazi Germany while also providing essential components for their atomic warfare efforts! This led directly to Brownells Firearms becoming one of America's leading producers of nuclear weapons related firearms such as machineguns, grenade launchers and rockets! During this time period too many people within society began fearing technology because it could lead to its potential misuse; consequently leading some business owners like John Ransom Sr who had built up a successful legacy through producing quality firearms over generations to divest themselves from their businesses amidst these growing concerns!! However, due to their proximity to Wichita Falls they continue selling ammunition online under the name "Ransom Bullets" until their closure in 2013!!!

Cedar Park is a small town in Collin County, Texas, United States. The population was 1,898 at the 2010 census. Cedar Park is part of the Austin–Round Rock metropolitan area. It began as a station on the Central Texas Railway and became a city in 1959. The name Cedar Park comes from the cedar trees that line the streets and thoroughfares of the town. The first settlers in what is now Cedar Park were people who came overland from Mexico during the 1835 Hidalgo Expedition. They named their new discovery "Texas" after General Antonio de Texavalva, commander of that expedition. By 1836, most of present-day Collin County had been explored, and Mexicaneros were already living among the Texans along with Anglo-Americans such as those who founded Austin (now Texas). On February 15, 1836, two men by the name of McCulloch and Smith set out from San Antonio on horseback to explore what would become Cedar Park when they ran into trouble while traveling through this area near modern day Slaughtertown Lakefill Preserve State Natural Area. When they returned to civilization they reported finding an oasis with water thirty miles wide and five deep within present-day Cedar Park; it was thought to be an Indian watering stop for travelers on their way downriver to New Braunfels (later Austin) or far upriver to Fort Worth (later Arlington). In November 1860, City Manager James Paulding allowed residents of Georgetown (laterCollinwood) east of Town Creek Road to establish themselves as a city charter candidate against incumbent Mayor John Lubbock Sr.. In January 1861 voters approved incorporation by vote of 3/2 majority; citizens then formed a committee to choose boundaries for future cities which included parts of today's Slaughtertown Lakefill Preserve State Natural Area including much territory within today's Cedar PARK borders including some sections adjacent to current day Slaughtertown Lakefill Drive (then called IH 35), Valley View Drive NW., Cottonwood Trail SW., Elmendorf Road SE., Springdale Road EAST., Clear Creek Trail WEST., Willow Fork NEARLY TODAY'S VALLEY VIEW DRIVE & SPRINGDALE ROAD - these land purchases would later create areas now known as North Hill Terrace & East Side Acres neighborhoods just west of IH 35 between US 281 & FM 3603 Founded June 24th 1960: 1st incorporated municipality in TX
