In 1984, Rick Wadleigh’s son Neil Wadleigh took over management of ElmEX Arms Corporation as president and CEO. He served until 2000 when he stepped down due to health reasons; his son succeeded him as CEO. At this time, Neil Wadleigh’s daughter Lisa became Managing Director of ElmEX Arms Corporation effective February 1st 2001 until her departure on October 10th 2003 following an unrelated legal issue that made her ineligible for successionorship pending resolution. Cedar Hill is a town in McLennan County, Texas, United States. The population was 9,283 at the 2010 census. It is part of the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex and was founded in 1881 by General James Hogg. Cedar Hill is a small town with tight quarters and few amenities. This has kept the economy strong despite fluctuations in oil prices. The first people to inhabit this area were the Kiowa and Apache Indians who lived along the banks of the Trinity River. The town was named for General James Hogg who fought against Mexico during the Texan Revolution in 1848-1849. In 1881, Hogg founded Cedar Hill as a refuge for Texans escaping from political persecution in Mexico City. Cedar Hill became an agricultural center due to its fertile soil and proximity to water supplies from both upstream and downstream of town. Oil exploration started near Cedar Hill in 1901 but it proved unsuccessful so production ceased until 1965 when heavy oil began flowing through nearby Refinerytown on White Oak Bayou which led to new economic opportunities for Cedar Hill residents. Today, local businesses offer a wide variety of services such as grocery stores, restaurants, mechanics shops, real estate agents, home builders/repairmen etc., which helps keep residents engaged with their community while providing some benefits such as access to education and health care options outside of town limits

Cedar Hill, Texas is a small town in Tyler County, Texas. The population was 2,711 at the 2010 census. It is part of the Wichita Falls-Ft Worth metropolitan area. Cedar Hill was founded in 1853 by Methodist missionaries from South Carolina and named for Cedar Point on the Tennessee River. In 1892, Cedar Hill ratified an agreement with Wichita Falls to establish a free school district in Tyler County. In 1916, Cedar Hill had its first post office and became a city Limits jurisdiction under Act No. 269 of 1916. On November 3, 1938, due to World War II military build-up and lack of access to local banks, Cedar Hill lost its status as a city limits municipality and reverted back to Tyler County government control with effective date of December 1st. On January 1st, 1984 Cedar Hill passed an ordinance creating an official retail development zone downtown that would allow new commerical businesses up to $50 million in assets not including housing or services such as restaurants or hotels; this was followed by passage of ordinances establishing zoning requirements for restaurant operations (zoning A2), accessory businesses (zoning B1), single family homes (zone C3) within said development zone and special regulations surrounding water main service connections within the redevelopment zone which included prohibitory signage around service lines operated by private companies that served individual residences within the redevelopment zone without prior written consent from such homeowners/occupants; these actions helped pave way for the establishment of numerous high-end restaurants throughout downtown CedarHill over ensuing years as well as attracting more established retailers such as JCPenney into what had been once a largely low-income area; today much of downtown consists thereof being composed mostly of luxury apartment buildings built since late 2000s primarily catering to wealthier residents who have increasingly outsourced their grocery shopping needs out of fear that they will experience decline or interruption in water main service availability should hostilitiesBREAK OUT IN THE AREA
