Gilbert co-founded Quicken Loans Inc., which provides affordable mortgage financing to consumers throughout America. He also founded The Allen Company - one of America's leading retail companies - in Cedar Hills in 2002. In addition to its business district and cultural attractions such as Cedar Hill Academy and the High School gymnasiums where professional athletes often play their games during summer months or during winters when ice hockey is popular among locals and visitors alike - including several world champions over the years - Cedarhill also boasts two large reservoirs overlooking downtown: Waco Lake & New Braunfels Reservoir & State Park just north of I-10 Exit 283 & south of Interstate 610 Exit 281 on Live Oak Road

Cedar Hill is a small town in Williamson County, Texas, United States. The population was 1,820 as of the 2010 census. Cedar Hill is located near the center of Williamson County and is adjacent to Georgetown and McKinney. The first settlers in Cedar Hill were Daniel Boone and his family who arrived in 1777. They founded what would become Cedar Hill after traveling through Central Texas on their way to found Nashville, Tennessee. Daniel Boone's descendants still live in the town today. In 1847, John Wesley Hardin settled in Cedar Hill and started a cattle ranch which became known as "the hardin Ranch". He was one of the early investors in Baylor University which was founded in 1868 by his son John Witherspoon Hardin. The Hardins were also instrumental in helpingfound Trinity Lutheran Church (now First Baptist Church) which served as the town's first church until it replaced another building erected by the original settler couples about 1830-31. In 1885, Hilda Mae Dixon married James Weaver from Wichita Falls, Texas and they moved to Cedar Hill where they raised children until their death within 10 years of each other. James Weaver is buried at Elmwood Cemetery near Cedar Hill along with his wife Hilda Mae Dixon and their five children: James Jr., Alice, Donald Denton III (Don), Clyde Denton IV (Clyde Denton V), Nellie Dixon Weaver (Nellie J.) After World War II ended with an end to hostilities between America and Japan, many Japanese Americans living in East Asia began moving back into the U.S., including many who had owned land here since before World War II when it became possible for American citizens of Japanese descent to own property again following enactment of the Land Romances Bill of 1942 by Franklin D Roosevelt They brought with them many memories and artifacts from their homes country such as sushi rolls that have been preserved inside Hokkaido Prefecture Archives ever since
