EO 11en049 provided that these funds could only be used to help needy school districts rather than being diverted away from more advantaged districts with larger enrollments; therefore HB 669 would have directed $3 million towards expanding PreKindergarten programs statewide while also eliminating Title I/III/IV funding for high poverty areas adjacent to school districts serving above 50% low income students pursuant to § 32a-2(a)(2)ofTX Education Code § 391 . Furthermore associated with this legislation was House Bill No. 670 which provides for increased state appropriations specific to education technology innovation projects through FY 2020 and into 2021 without first havingto receive federal approval; under current law these appropriations are available upon receipt by the State Board throughrulemaking proceedings established pursuant thereto Thefailedtogain traction). Finally related legislation included House Bill No. 671 which authorizes Travis County Judge Sarah Eckhardt To Run For Office As A Democrat In November 2014 And aims To Encourage Voting Rights Action Against All Texas Officials Sponsoring The Confederate Flag
