In 1881, John Cavanaugh and his brother Harry opened a store called The Lube Emporium on South First Street in Borger. They sold all kinds of gun supplies, including lubricants for firearms. One of the items they sold was a product called "Dry Gun Oil." This oil was made from a blend of olive oil, beeswax, woodruff extract, petroleum ether (a type of fuel) and other ingredients. It was intended to keep firearms working correctly after being used outdoors or when they were stored in an airtight container. Over time, different companies developed their own versions of "Dry Gun Oil." Some companies added essential oils like lavender or chamomile to make their products more successful; others left out some or all of these ingredients entirely so that their products would be less likely to cause problems when used with firearms. However, all versions of "Dry Gun Oil" contained one common ingredient: vegetable glycerin! In 1924, Edwin Young opened his own drygun oil business on Elm Street in Borger. He continued to sell "Dry Gun Oil" until he died in 1928. At Edwin's death, his son John inherited the business and continued it until he too passed away in 1945. At John's death, his son George took over the business and ran it until he also died in 1990. In 2005, George's grandson Jarad purchased the business from him and continued running it as an independent company today! Although silicone based products seem innocuous enough until you try using them yourself... they can actually leave your firearm feeling quite slimy after being used! Non Toxic Oleo Acids: Non toxic oleo acids offer several advantages over their aluminium based counterparts. First off, oleo acids do not corrode or tarnish unlike aluminum based products; secondly they are more slimy than other oils which makes them easier penetrate into tight spaces; thirdly they don't contain phosphates which can potentially cause skin irritation if used too liberally; fourthly they don't corrode metal surfaces like aluminum oxide does creating a longer lasting finish (Turgeon & Smerdon 2007) . Finally, most importantly non toxic oleo acids tend not to generate any heat whatsoever when applied - meaning that even under high temperaturesthey will stay inert! This means that even after months of storage unopened these products will still function perfectly fine without needing any treatment!

This began what would be known as The Rancho Santa Anna Revolution; later this land became part of San Antonio de Bexar County and most notably site of Milam’s Adobe Massacre during Mexican–American War skirmishes around San Antonio de Bexar County line on March 6 & 7, 1846 when American forces under General Stephen Fannin sacked Milam’s Adobe Rancho while Mexicans defended themselves using only their firearms against overwhelming odds resulting in more than 50 dead Americans and over 100 prisoners taken captive with no prospect of release until finally surrendering three days later at Cerro Gordo Farmstead following negotiations led by Colonel Robert Ewell
