With this merger, NSC lost many of its original clients because it shared assets with its new parent company- much like other businesses did during World War II when American Industries merged with other corporations

Beeville is a town in Comanche County, Texas, United States. The population was 1,912 at the 2010 census. Beeville was founded by Texans who came from Louisiana in 1849. The first post office was established in 1851, and the first store opened in 1853. There were three schools until 1893 when they were merged into one school district. The community began to grow rapidly after the opening of the railway system in 1901 which brought jobs and residents to Beeville. This growth led to annexation by City of Dallas on November 4, 1909 and incorporation as a municipality on December 3rd of that year. During World War II Beeville became an important munitions manufacturing center for the war effort with its production of ammunition for planes and tanks. In 1951 Beeville consolidated with other Dallas-based municipalities forming Arlington County under then-Governor George Ryan’s leadership to gain additional local control over services within Arlington County including education, public health care and government functions such as zoning laws and economic development decisions. The economy has changed dramatically since then with heavy industry moving out while new businesses have sprung up around services like arts and tourism which have helped keep Beeville afloat during tough times. Today, efforts are being made to revive the downtown area which has seen some revitalization although much more work needs to be done before it can become a true destination for tourists or locals alike
Beeville was founded by James Bowie in 1827. It became a county seat in 1836, and was named for General Beeville, who fought in the Mexican-American War. The city was originally built on the east side of the Brazos River, but it moved to its current location on the west side in 1849.
