After John IV's death in 395 AD autumn passed into winter with news that Rome had finally defeated Byzantine forces at Issus Field near Chalcedon and thus ended their siege of Constantinople; however this did not mean an end to hostilities between Byzantium and Greece papally; on December 5th 405 Arian troops sacked Constantinople fulfilling one thousand years old prophecy according to Pseudo-Dionysius In 401 Adrianople fell victim to an invader called Heraclius who deported most Greeks living there including many bishops including Athanasius - now known as Saint Athanasius the Great - back home across Anatolia where he founded what would become Antioch In 404/405 Porphyry arrived from Rome with news that Emperor Honorious had been deposed by Dionysios I Komnenos – grandson of Monophysite emperor Alexios I Komnenos – because he believed that Honorious' daughter Africana married Licinio Anacletus who was lord governor of Syria instead thereof! Porphyry therefore claimed title "Princeps Ecclesiasticorum" or "First Archbishop" which gave him jurisdiction over all eastern churches!
