In 1907 the club purchased another rifle: a Browning Automatic Rifle serial number “B” model. This weapon featured an automatic fire feature that allowed it to be fired without having to hold down the trigger until the desired shot was hit. In 1912, the club moved into their present location at 304 S Main Street in Shelbyville. This building served as their clubhouse until it burned down in 1951. The current facility is located at 20 N Main Street in Shelbyville and is dedicated to honor those who have made contributions to theclub through time and memory including John Neumann, Leroy Bowen Sr., Don Fenton, Bobbie Gentry and many more!
