Morristown is a small town located in Decatur County, Tennessee, United States. The population was 1,953 at the 2010 census. It is part of the Chattanooga metropolitan area. The Morristown Rifle and Pistol Club has been meeting since 1892 and still meets every second Saturday of the month at 7 p.m. There are two rifle ranges within walking distance of the club house with targets ranging from 25-yard to 400 yards. The pistol range opened in 1957 and offers training for all levels of shooters including those just starting out. Morristown is a small town in Shelby County, Tennessee, United States. The population was 1,541 at the 2010 census. Morristown is located on the banks of the Roanoke River. It is one of the oldest settlements in Shelby County and was founded by Scots-Irish immigrants in 1814. The first settlers were James McLaughlin and his family who arrived in 1814 from Ireland. They built a log cabin on what is now known as McLaughlin Street. The original Morristown Methodist Church was erected in 1834 and became the first church west of the Allegheny Mountains. In 1886, Morristown became home to America's first electric light system when work began on creating an electric street railway from downtown to the edge of town. M&N also operated a freight train depot adjacent to Morriston High School until its closure in 1979 due to budget cuts within Memphis City Schools' parent corporation Memphis Education Holdings Incorporated (MEH). In 2013, Morristown residents voted overwhelmingly in favor of annexing neighboring Williamson County into their municipality; this annexation took place on July 1, 2014. As part of this vote process, residents were asked if they wanted their community annexed into either Henderson or Williamson Counties - with 78% choosingMorriston over Henderson (24% chose WilliamsonCounty)). A new library building was completed in 2018 just south of town limits along US 71/TN 24 near SR 85 bypassing town limits

HPDs included both motorcycle and automobile headsets, mouthpieces and nose pieces, as well as watch faces with built-in hearing protectors. The early 1960’s saw a renewed interest in firearm Hearprotection technology due to increasing concern about rifle shootings happening interstate highway lawful hunting areas across America. Manufacturers responded by releasing new models of HPD every few years until 1973 when handgun hear protections became available on a nationwide basis after passage of Gun Control Act (GCA) Ulysses S.
