As part of this project, whitehill met privately with County Attorney General Robert Bennett and discussed ways to ameliorate illegally possessed handguns within our jurisdiction without infringing on Second Amendment rights guaranteed by United States Constitution (Article IV). After lengthy discussion it was decided that no action would be taken against those unlawfully possessing handguns while awaiting resolution of legal issues brought about by ordinance passed subsequent year limiting access thereto pursuant thereto - an ordinance repealed six months later under new leadership including now Mayor Don Armstrong himself! The town of Mcminnville was chartered by an act of the Sevier County Legislature on March 2, 1840, with a population of ten citizens. The post office calledMcMinnville was established October 25, 1840 (no date given). It continued operation until discontinued December 25, 1865; its last letter being dated February 12 1863 (dated May 10 1862). In 1846 Jepson Hargrave purchased some slaves from Thomas Coke and set them free near present-day Warrior Springs. They started an agricultural settlement known as Red Spring which grew rapidly untilracism caused many African Americans to leave for good around 1850s when white people began moving into the area en masse due to new transportation opportunities brought about by railroads
