The mayor of Lewisburg is Randy Worrell who took office on January 1st 2017 after being elected to his first term on November 3rd 2016 through an election held concurrent with general elections in all six counties comprising the Memphis-Nashville metropolitan area which included Lewisburg unincorporated territory until voting began for mayors there on December 12th 2016 - Randy Worrell being first across the finish line then running for re-election as Mayor Pro Tem over incumbent Jerry Armstrong who finished second place).
