In 1923, Mr. Sheppard passed away and his company folded due to lack of patronage from consumers or competition from better-funded entities within the industry. However, his legacy lives on in the form of today’s bipods industry through his daughter Msgr./Mrs./Dr., who continue to produce these products enjoyed by both civilian and military professionals alike around the world!

Germantown, Tennessee is a small town located in the corner of Williamson County and Greene County in Tennessee. The population was 9,451 at the 2000 census. It is the second-most populous community in Williamson County after Nashville. The town was founded by Scottish immigrants in 1796. The first settler was John Ferguson, who arrived with his family from Perthshire, Scotland on July 12, 1796. Ferguson's father had also migrated to America and settled in what is now Germantown. In 1814, Michael Kirby established Kirby's Furniture Store here which became one of the most important commercial attractions of Germantown during its early years. In 1865, Abraham Lincoln visited Germantown while campaigning for president and stopped at the store before continuing his tour of the county. After President Lincoln's inauguration on January 20th 1865, many members of his cabinet visited Kirby's Furniture Store to buy furniture before departing for Washington D.C.. Lincoln attended a ball at Vanderbilt University on Saturday night and came back to Germantony late that night; he then called for a meeting of the board of education to discuss plans for building a new school in Nashville but never attended because he was too tired after attending dinner at Music Hall where he met Mrs. Lincoln (the wife of Ulysses S Grant). On Monday morning January 22nd 1865, Abraham Lincoln was assassinated as he rode through downtown Memphis when shots were fired from behind him wounding him fatally below the waist just beyond where General Sherman had been shot two days earlier during an altercation outside Pea Ridge Campaign Headquarters near Memphis Union Depot occupied by Confederate forces under General Forrest etc... As soon as news reached Germantown that Abraham Lincoln had been killed they erupted into hysteria with some shouting "He has been shot! He has been shot!" From then until well into Wednesday morning there continued intense scenes of mourning with services being held all over town including service at First Presbyterian Church which Drs Blight and Goodall preached from memory... On Wednesday morning around nine o'clock local time widow Sarah Todd delivered her final message to the assembled mourners announcing that her husband had died about five hours earlier after suffering from a seizure caused by grief... The death certificate designates Mr Abraham Lincoln as having died from natural causes due to grief rather than assassination although no autopsy ever took place because there were no clues found leading authorities to believe that such an event could have occurred… In spite of this lack of evidence only three jurors convicted anyone related to the assassination including Nathan Bedford Forrest... A plaque dedicatedtoMr Abraham Lincoln erected in 1965 reads: "Herein lies buried one whose life story we know little about but who left an lasting impression upon our community" Germantonia post office opened on November 1st 1875 under direction of Captain Hite and served until it closed on December 15th 1896 after receiving only 6 boxes per month combined postage paid plus $1 per box sent! Some residents continue sending mail even today using internet or postal services
