These stores specialized in selling pistols made specifically for military use - such as those manufactured by Colt Corporation - which meant that civilians could no longer purchase these firearms without prior authorization from their state or local government officials!

In 1940 it became an all-black city following passage of the All-American City Act by Tennessee's governor John Beaumont Murray; this act allowed municipalities with at least 50% black populations to be established statewide. After World War II Cleveland experienced another surge in population due to the oil industry; however, this trend stopped around 1970 when drilling began offshore in Lake Erie
