It consists of two parts: The upper part is Called a platform, which is attached directly to your rifle's barrel; and The lower part is Called the base, which sits on top of your rifle's receiver (or other object you may place between your rifle and target). This kind of mount allows you to place your telescope wherever you want on your firearm while still maintaining perfect focus!

Yankton is a small town in south Dakota. It was established in 1865 and has been around since then. The first settlers to Yankton were farmers who came from Minnesota. They started a small farm and traded goods with the Sioux Indians. In 1876, North Dakota shifted its borders and Yankton became part of that state. The town had to start from scratch because there wasn't any water available for irrigation. However, Yankton quickly developed into a successful community thanks to its rich history and many attractions. One of the most famous aspects of Yankton's history is the Battle of Yankton Creek which took place on July 14, 1862. This fought was one of the largest engagements between American forces and Native Americans in South Dakota during the Civil War. General Sterling Price led an attack against the Sioux Indians at this time and resulted in a large amount of casualties on both sides. As a result, it helped solidify America's control over South Dakota following the war. Another highlight of YankTON's history is its role in World War II. After Pearl Harbor happened, President Franklin D Roosevelt called for action against Japan using military force if necessary. On December 7th, 1941, President Roosevelt ordered General George Marshall to prepare plans for an assault on Japan using Bomber Command assets- including bombers fromYankton- as well as troops arriving by boat from South Africa). This led to Operation Mockingbird which targeted Japanese cities like Tokyo and Osaka with surprise air raids starting on December 8th 1941 until early January 1942 when Japan capitulated without ever fighting back!
Yankton, South Dakota is a city in Yankton County, South Dakota, United States. The population was 581 at the 2010 census. The first known settler in the area was James McKinney who moved to the area in 1874. He and his family were among the first white people to live on the land that now makes up Yankton. In 1886, George Hennepin built a cabin on what is now Yankton Creek and named it after his home state of Illinois. In 1902, John Sutter discovered gold near present-day Yankton and named it Gold River after himself and others in an effort to get more settlers moving into the area. The following year saw another discovery of gold but no attempt was made to exploit it because there was no money to be made from it. In 1906 Frank Jethro Gibbs opened what would become Gibbs Mercantile Company with help from US Congressman George Hearst which helped spur development in the region. In 1912 Wm Burch bought 1/4 mile (0.8 km) of south-southwest of downtown Yankton from Jethro Gibbs for $1,000 cash without any interest or mortgage attached which signaled a shift in power within town leadership towards indigenous peoples as well as Anglo business interests over previous years when African Americans had been more prominently involved in town life. This event also marked an important change for Yankton during this time as prior to this point Native American elders had always wielded some degree of authority withintown affairs while white men had typically held power outside town limits; however, under Burch's rule indigenous elders began play a more active role withintown governance while white men increasingly relinquished their role altogether
