At that time it consisted of just two blocks long with only one store opening its doors each day due to lack of financial support from either side – what later became known as "the early days". Today it boasts over 200 businesses (of which more than 90% are dedicated to retail) and 2 million square feet (210 hectares) Of commercial development since incorporation making it one of America's fastest growing cities – achieving an annual growth rate above 7%.
