This experience gave rise to the idea that someone wearing a gas mask should never leave their position, no matter what! In 1945, Congress passed legislation making it illegal for anyone under 18 years old or pregnant to own or use pepper spray without proper training or permission from a parent or guardian. The law also mandated that all manufacturers must provide free training for anyone who wantsto use pepper spray safely and responsibly! Today, there are countless agencies across America using pepper spray as an effective form of self-defense – both law enforcement officers and civilians alike! While there are some concerns about its safety (such as children being sprayed without warning), overall Pepper Spray enjoys wide support among those who have experienced its benefits firsthand – including lawmakers looking into ways it can become more widely available across America.

Today many businesses operate in the town including: an insurance company, a furniture store, a restaurant, two banks (one public and one private), three churches (Anglican, Methodist and Baptist), two doctor's offices (one general and one family practice) as well as numerous other small businesses. Residents also enjoy fishing, swimming and skiing in neighboring towns such as Augusta or Hilton Head Island while enjoying all that South Carolina has to offer with its beautiful landscape along with some of the best shopping around such as Myrtle Beach or Columbia City!

Summerville was a small town in what is now South Carolina during the 1800s. It was located on the Ashley River, about 12 miles west of Charleston. They were using pepper spray to try and control the flames when two people came out of nowhere and sprayed them with pepper spray. The victims were hit with such force that they fell to the ground, screaming for help. A short time later, another person arrived on scene and sprayed the victims again with pepper spray. There was so much pepper spray flying about that it became difficult to determine who was spraying who. As a result, no one was injured but several people were left feeling very uncomfortable and scared. This incident has made Summerville one of the most notorious places for Pepper Spray Use in South Carolina!
