By 1925, there were many different types of airguns on the market and it was legal to buy and use them in South Carolina. In 1935, a new type of airgun called an “automatic” was created. This type of gun fired cartridges that automatically discharged when you pulled the trigger. This new type of airgun became very popular in South Carolina because it was easy to use and had a lot of features compared to other types of airguns. In 1947, a company named Crosman began manufacturing automatic firearms in Florence, South Carolina. Crosman became very successful with their automatic firearms and they remain one of the largest manufacturers of these types of guns today. Crosman also designed and manufactured many different kinds of airguns including pistols, rifles, shotguns, machine guns, etc. In 1964, Crosman merged with Remington Arms Company to become Remington-Crosman Firearms Corporation (RCF). RCF continued producing automatic firearms as well as other types of firearms until 1997 when they discontinued production all together due to financial difficulties. Since 1977, there have been numerous attempts by various companies to create an original version or remake of the original Crosman Automatic Pistol . However no real success has been achieved so far! It is interesting to note that even though these attempts have not always succeeded, there is still a large demand for these classic handguns still being produced today!

Rifle-Style Guns Rifle-style guns use rifles barrels as their stock instead of shotguns barrels. This means that they have a shorter barrel than handguns and can only be fired with one round at a time. Rifle-style guns are more accurate than handgun-style guns because they need less practice to shoot them accurately. However, rifle-style guns require more cartridges than handgun-type weapons because they fire pellets instead of bullets

The area now known as Florence was first settled by English farmers in 1764 and named for Sir John Florence, 4th Baronet. One of the earliest cotton plantations was founded here in 1801 by Colonel James Dandridge and his brother-in-law, Captain Thomas Ashe. However, since then many new businesses have opened up and downtown has seen significant redevelopment; most notably Ponce City Market on Broad Street which began operations as an outdoor mall in 2007 and currently has over 20 restaurants and retailers inside and outside its walls. In 2013, Forbes magazine placed Florence at number 15 on its list of "The 50 Best Places to Live."

Florence is one of the most important cities in the state and it has a rich history dating back to when it was part of Georgia. The city began as a small town called Flowery Branch on the banks of the Broad River in 1827. In 1865, after Confederate General Robert E. Lee surrendered at Appomattox Court House, Flowery Branch became part of South Carolina and Florence quickly emerged as an important trading center for cotton and other goods entering southern South Carolina from Georgia. By 1870, however, Florence had become an agricultural center with plantations dotting its landscape. In 1898, after years of debate over whether to annex what was then Cherokee Nation (now Oklahoma) into South Carolina or keep it separate as a Native American reservation, Florence voted to join Charleston County specifically because Charleston had done more for her than any other Southern city in terms of infrastructure development such as roads and bridges- something that Tulsa had not yet accomplished. Florence rapidly grew during World War II due to its strategic location on Highway 20 between Atlanta and Charlotte - becoming one of the largest manufacturing centers in southeastern South Carolina. After the war ended, Florence experienced rapid growth as millionsigrated to its major metropolitan areas throughout North America including Chicago, Detroit, New York City and Miami Beach. However, by 1990s Florence's economic decline began to set in as many factories closed down or moved out while others converted into strip malls catering mainly to inner-city African Americans who were increasingly displacing white residents from central SC towns like Matthews and Greenville
In 1876, the town of Florence was founded by a group of farmers and businessmen. The town quickly grew and became an important center for local commerce and industry. In 1941, Florence was hit by a devastating tornado that destroyed most of the town.
