One example can be found at 1101 State Street where Rubenite Cafeteria once stood before it was purchased by Harry Wirthman who later moved it across Third Avenue into what is now called Building 2A in 1978 and renamed it Rubenite Plaza . Another business located on Third Avenue that experienced rapid growth was Jughead's Pharmacy which grew so large that they moved out their entire building onto Fifth Avenue between TwentyFourth Street and TwentyFifth Streets before selling it back to Jughead in 1951 . Other stores that also experienced success during this time include Joe's Pizza (now Casey's) at 419 Third Ave., Goodwill Industries at 4 West Fourth St., Phillips Academy at 375 South fourth St., Soapbox Social Services at 811 North Sixth Ave., ABC Cleaners Incorporated at 601 Federal Road , Ike & Tina Turner Showcase Theater located off Tenth Street near Shea Boulevard until its closure in 1984
