This has a long cable with two connectors at one end. One connector goes into an electrical outlet and the other into a subject’s body. When activated, this device sends shocks through both connectors which Stun someone for about 10 seconds per shock cycle (though it can take up to 30 seconds for full effect). The advantage of this type of taser is that it does not need to be charged before use, but it can be dangerous if not used properly as it can cause cardiac arrest if touched directly on the heartattack button (it also causes electric burns). The final type of Taser is called an “ARW” model. This has a small battery pack attached to one end and uses ultrasound energy rather than electricity to stun people. It takes about 2 minutes for full effect after being activation so it may not be suitable for general public usage but could potentially be useful in specific cases such as when somebody poses a threat or has committed serious offences

Plum is a small town in Potter County, Pennsylvania, United States. The population was 1,812 at the 2010 census. Plum is home to the Plum Creek Band of Cherokee Indians and has a school system that serves students from pre-K through 12th grade. The town was founded in 1827 by Nicholas Crouse and James McGill as part of a land grants program given to Pennsylvania settlers by George Washington. The first post office in Plum was established in 1829. In 1830, John Fenton erected the first log cabin in what is now Plum. In 1834, Isaac Gibson built one of the first lime kilns in America at the junction of Plum Creek and West Branch Susquehanna River. By 1840, there were six homes in town; four of which still stand today. In 1847, Andrew Cunningham purchased 8 acres (3 ha) near what is now Plum Court House for $100 from Moses Dobbins. Cunningham renamed his new settlement "Cunningham". In 1850, Alexander McNeill built a sawmill on Cherry Street between Easton Road and Ewing Avenue for processing lumber from the surrounding forests. By 1860, plum had ten homes; two were located on Cherry Street and four others were located off Dunbar Avenue on either side of US 23 west of downtown (the current corner of West Side Drive and Elm Street). By 1870, only three homes remained in town; all were located on North Main Street east of US 23 south of downtown (now Elm Street). In 1874–75, William Murdoch purchased 640 acres (248 ha) around present day Plum Creek near present day Hancock Township for $10 per acre ($640/ha). Murdoch named his new community "Murdochville" after himself and his family members Richter Murdoch (1824-1900), Lillian Murdoch (1828-1912), Frank Murdoch (1830-1920), Alice Murdoch Fraser (1832-1911), Mary Murdoch Fraser (1835-1907), Charles Cameron Forbes Jr.(c1795-1864) – all coopersmiths active during early days stages when Pittsburgh’s mills dominated economic life within its borders! Additionally accountants Samuel Palmer & Company c1800 also resided hereabouts soon after opening business providing essential legal services to many early settler families including those who would later found Pittsburgh’s Stripes Mills c1900 . Plum, Pennsylvania is a small town in Westmoreland County, Pennsylvania, United States. The population was 2,811 at the 2010 census. The Plum Historic District is a National Register of Historic Places district that includes parts of the town and four other villages in Westmoreland County. The name "Plum" comes from the Nockamixon Indian word "pumpkin". In 1795, John Denny founded a settlement on land he had bought from the Lenape people. He named it Delaware Township after his home state of Delaware. In 1824, George Washington offered to sellqueried by Denny for $5,000 to be the first U.S. president's private residence; Denny accepted and built himself a cabin there. In 1827, three years after Washington vacated his home at Mount Vernon while he served as presidente fourth term (1829-1830), Delaware Township became part of Adams Township when that township was created from part of Lebanon County under territorial government by President James K. Plum, Pennsylvania was founded in 1795 by John Dorman and is located in the Susquehanna Valley of Pennsylvania. The community was originally named "Erie" after the Erie Canal which ran through the town. In 1814, the community changed its name to "Plum" after General James K. Polk who fought in the Mexican-American War. In 1845, Plum changed its name again to "Johnstown" in honor of John Fenton Johnston who served as Governor of Susquehanna County from 1840-1846.
