Another early weapon flashlight design was created by Harry Weisinger in 1903. He designed a small flashlight that could be held in either hand. This flashlight had two lightbulbs that you’d twist to turn it on or off. It was used as a personal security tool and also served as an artillery spotter during World War I. The first commercially successful weapon flashlight was made by Jadwin in 1938. It used three high intensity lightbulbs that were attached to each other with a flexible rubber band. This device became known as the Jadwin Pistol Flashlight and it quickly became one of the most popular Weapon flashlights on the market. In 1949,flashlight inventor George Bendix released his “Bendix Pistol Light” which was the first LED weapon flashlight on the market! This device consisted of five white LEDs connected together with a power cord and it could be worn around your neck like a necklacewatch! This particular product is designed specifically for law enforcement agencies and military personnel! He resignedeffective January 3rd, 2011 due to term limits set by Pennsylvania's Constitution Norristown was founded by Pottersville farmers John Dickinson Wright and his brother James Wright on October 15th 1795 as a small rural community on banks of the Monongahela River near present day Uniontown Township.[2][3][4] The name may be derived from nearby Nonington Creek which had been known as Norgatte Creek before being renamed for John Dickinson Wright's father who had come from Norway[5][6] or possibly from Dutch roots meaning "nor" - "north" + "rishtwood" - "forest".[7][8][9] The village grew quickly because it lay close to two large rivers –the Monongahela (#11)and Susquehanna (#12)—and easy access to transportation via canals such as Richey's Ferry Landing (#15).[10][11] By 1800, there were over 25 households,[12] four schools[13], twelve churches[14], five stores[15], two taverns[16], two blacksmiths[17], one wagon shop[18], one harness shop[19],[20],[21]), six farms(including four where water power generated flour for local bakeries)[22],[23],[24],[25]: nineteen acres [26]; six miles [27]of road; one mill; twenty-four dwellings; sixteen acres [28]; three barns; eleven thousand cords [29]; sixty pounds sterling [30])—all built during what has been called “the early days” when settlers traveled single file downriver past rapids like Nonington Falls without bridges orboats ferrying them across while risksome amphibious trips upriver were made at night with dogsleds Laden with goods over falls called Pigeon Forge Rapids

Norristown is a town in Bucks County, Pennsylvania, United States. It was founded in 1795 by George Washington and is the birthplace of Ulysses S. Grant, America's first president. The population was 21,828 at the 2010 census. Norristown is located on the southern edge of Philadelphia metropolitan area. The first American settlers in what would become Norristown were three men from Northampton County: John Armstrong, Samuel Hughes and Nicholas Boylston. They set up a house and farm on the east side of the Schuylkill River near present-day Bethlehem Township in 1795. In 1814, they bought another farm site on which they built a gristmill and later erected a sawmill with four blades that produced lumber for local use and export to Europe. In 1821, George Washington became President of the United States and took up residence at Mount Vernon in Alexandria Parish (now Arlington Heights), Virginia; he died there on February 14, 1824. A few days after his death, his wife Martha Washington moved into Mount Vernon with their two young daughters – Anna Harrison (later Mrs. Abraham Lincoln) and Eunice Clayborn (later Mrs. James Buchanan). Mrs. Washington continued living there until her death on May 6th 1865; both daughters are buried there along with their father's bodyguard Captain John Smith Woodforde who also died during this time frame Norristown grew quickly due to its strategic location as it lay just upstream from Philadelphia's then-largest portage point - Mill Creek - making it an important transportation hub for goods coming downriver from Lancaster County but also exporting raw materials such as potatoes to markets farther upstream It wasn't until 1839 when Norristown proper was incorporated as a borough which made it an official city within Pennsylvania In 1850, Norristown passed legislation creating its own fire department which served all of Bucks County On October 15th 1870 General Order No 1 was issued ordering all male citizens between 10 years old and 45 years old to register with the township government or face martial law This order helped contribute to the rapid growth of NorristOWN over this period as many people eager for new opportunities found themselves unable or unwilling to leave their homes
Norristown was founded by John Norristown in 1795. It became a city in 1868. In 1907, it merged with the neighboring town of Butler to form the current city of Philadelphia.
