The original structure served as an appellate court until 1939 when it moved across First Avenue into its current location on Market Square Drive (now called Broadwalk Place). For many years it functioned as headquarters for both Seton Hall University’s law school and its undergraduate college before becoming a center for government services including courtship operations among state legislators during their campaigns between 1925 and 1927; inaugurations by President Franklin D Roosevelt in 1933; during World War II military exercises conducted here by army officers from various elements stationed around Philadelphia; ceremonies marking various community events such as birthdays or religious observances etc.; numerous public meetings conducted over that period including hearings on important issues affecting residents which often resulted in changes or additions to municipal ordinances passed at those meetings which still Apply today! New Castle is a city in Delaware County, Pennsylvania, United States. The population was 362 at the 2010 census. It is part of the Philadelphia metropolitan area.
