Mckeesport is a city located in the U.S. state of Pennsylvania, on the southern border of West Virginia. As of the 2010 census, the population was 20,898. The name "Mckeesport" is derived from two settlements at the mouth of the Monongahela River: McKees Rocks and Mckinneyville.
