A recent study published in "Journal of Trauma" showed that when deployed near an area containing nerve cells it was possible for users to cause significant injury without killing anyone by simply application pressure from above the skin

Kingston, Pennsylvania is a small town located in Potter County, Pennsylvania. The population was 1,532 at the 2010 census. Kingston was founded in 1794 by Nicholas Kingsbury and the first mayor of the town was Aaron Burr. It is one of five towns in Potter County that are still governed by a town meeting format. The other four towns have all been consolidated into Oneida Township since 1996. The history of Kingston goes back to 1794 when Nicholas Kingsbury founded the town on the west side of what is now known as Three Mile Creek. At that time, it was part of Allegheny County and only had a population of about 100 people. In 1868, Kingston became part of Potter County when it was created from parts of Armstrong and Westmoreland counties. It has remained an agricultural area ever since and currently employs around sixty-five people. OneIDA Township which includes Kingston was formed on October 24, 1996 when Oneida Parish consolidation took place within Potter County following the passage of Act 263 entitled "An act to consolidate certain villages in Potter County". As part of this consolidation process, Kingston became oneof five towns in Potter Countyshowing remains an elected township form with a Town Meeting Format with voting being granted to each village (except for Kingston) as well as representation at both the School Board and Common Council levels

Kingston, Pennsylvania is a town in Butler County, Pennsylvania, United States. The population was 798 at the 2010 census. The first settler in Kingston was George Washington who built a cabin in 1784. In 1828, John Stephenson moved to Kingston and started the first sawmill in this area. In 1830, the post office was established in Kingston and remained so until 1906. It was then renamed Reading Borough and its current name comes from an incident that took place there on July 4th of that year when a group of men went into town to buy fireworks for their Independence Day celebration but were met with resistance by local citizens who feared they would be used to Celebration purposes instead. During World War II, workers from neighbouring Philadelphia brought over some of their families to work at munitions plants located in Kingston and nearby Mount Vernon Heights. Many residents of these towns lost their homes as a result of the war effort. After the war ended, many residents returned home but many others continue living in these communities today due to unique opportunities available here such as industry being located within commuting distance or access to public education which keeps businesses open despite economic downturns. One significant event that occurred during the early days of Kingston was when General Robert E Lee called on Kingdon Township leaders to form a militia regiment for his Confederate army during 1861-1862 while he was campaigning against President Abraham Lincoln's Union forces near Yorktown Peninsula; however no response came back because most township officials were busy attending religious services or tending to crops outside of town at that time. This episode is often cited as one particular reason why support for secessionist efforts began bubbling beneath township walls throughout those years leading up to the American Civil War; however it is also likely that more than just municipal apathy contributed towards inaction during this difficult time period given that not even major infrastructure projects such as roads or bridges had been completed at that point! In 1932, three gentlemen named Winton Coggins (Franklin D.) “Doc” Shriver (1892-1976), Harry Sibley (1901-1983) and Clarence Burchfield (1902-1985) founded what would become known as Shriver Electric Cooperative which became one of THE largest electric companies east of Keystone Lake thanks largely to its innovative marketing strategies which included advertising both inside and outside local stores along with sponsoring community events like golf tournaments and dances! As part of its marketing campaigns, Shriver also created an infamous jingle which goes something like this: "If you can't afford ELECTRICITY NOW - YOU CAN NEVER Afford IT EVER!" Today Shriver Electric Cooperative remains oneofthe longest running cooperativeelectric companiesinPennsylvaniaandoneofthelargestinthemidwest!
