In East Stroudsburg, Pennsylvania, there have been numerous shootings in which shooters have used eye protection. Many of these shootings happened during the early 1800s, when firearms were not as common as they are now. In 1827, a gunman killed four people and injured thirteen others with an unlicensed rifle in a shooting at a local store. The following year, another gunman shot and killed two people and injured five others at a grocery store. The 1850s were also years of shooting within the town itself. In 1851, two gunmen opened fire on each other outside of the courthouse, wounding one person before he was subdued by officers. Two years later, another gunman shot and killed three people and injured six others at a theater in East Stroudsburg. Throughout the 1860s and 1870s, shootings took place within the town but no one was ever arrested for their actions. This changed in 1878 when Jameson Kapp died from gunshot wounds to his brain after stabbing someone outside of an east Stroudsburg hotel. At this point firearms became more common within East Stroudsburg and Kapp's killers were apprehended. From then on until 1907 there were only sporadic shootings within the town without fatalities or injuries taking place. However, things started to change in 1907 when John Fenton opened his own gun shop inside of the old post office building in downtown East Stroudsburg. At this point firearm ownership began to increase among residents of the town due to its proximity to Philadelphia and its easy access to guns through Fenton's shopwindow display case! It wasn't long before handguns began being used frequently by individuals residing inEastStroudsburg for hunting purposes or target practice! Between 1907-1912 there were twelve shootouts between residents ofEastStroudsburg and weapons belonging to other nearby towns such as Allentown (two shots fired), Bethlehem (one gunshot), Kingston (three gunshots), Hazleton (four gunshots), Wilkes-Barre (six gunshots) - all while projectiles such as shotguns shells remained unidentified! Even though basketball games had become popular among locals during this time period it is interesting to note that no one was fatally shot while playing basketball inside ofEastStroudsburg! By 1912 firearms had become less frequent withinEastStroudburg due primarily to Prohibition laws becoming effective in America; however,shootings did still take place throughout town sporadically throughout prohibition era up until 1933 when eastern PA became part of Nazi Germany! During World War II individual citizens located throughout Eastern PA attempted unsuccessfullyto purchase rifles from available dealers prior to 1939 because they knew that any weapon purchased would be confiscated by the Axis powers should war break out!!! Consequently mass killings occurred across Eastern PA resulting in over sixty lives lost including many innocent civilians who didn't even know what they were getting themselves into!!! It is interesting how even though weaponry has greatly changed over time it has never stopped humans from engaging in violence against each other!!!

East Stroudsburg, PA is a small town located in the state of Pennsylvania. The population was 8,878 at the 2000 census. It is situated on the southern border of Huntingdon County and is bordered by Armstrong County to the north, Cumberland County to the east, and Clinton County to the south. The ZIP Code for East Stroudsburg proper is 18711. The town was founded in 1795 by General Edward Braddock and his forces as a military outpost on the banks of the Susquehanna River. In 1824, East Stroudsburg became an independent city under charter from Pennsylvania's General Assembly. The city's first mayor was John Prentice Hastings. In 1925, East Stroudsburg annexed portions of Armstrong and Clinton Counties; this annexation brought its population up to 11,012 people. In 1936, East Stroudsburg increased its population again when it annexed part of Cumberland County. During World War II, East Stroudsburg experienced heavy bombing raids from Nazi Germany due to its close proximity to German territory in eastern Pennsylvania (the Ardennes Forest). As a result of this bombings, many buildings were destroyed or damaged in what has been called "the most destructive attack against American civilians during World War II." In 1954, Eastern Pennsylvanian University was established inEastStroudsburg with funding provided by Bethlehem Steel Corporation;Eastern Pennsylvanian University has since become one of America's largest universities with over 100 campuses across fifty states and Washington D.C.. In 2013-14, Eastern Pennsylvanian University announced that it would be moving from its original home on Main Street into a new building built nearby on Broad Street which will house both undergraduate and graduate programs as well as research laboratories within walking distance for students and staff alike! This move came about after years of advocacy from students and staff who felt their current location did not allow for enough natural light into the building which caused some problems with student efficiency when studying at night; furthermore there had been complaints about air quality inside old buildings near campus!
