So strong was this Protestant movement westward that when William Penn died his executors decided notto give his estate away among competing claimants but rather sell it off piecemeal along with various other assets – effectively giving every family its fair share =1! The indigenous Lenape people who inhabited this area prior to European arrival are thought by some historians to have allied themselves with Native Americans against European encroachment2 although others argue convincingly that Lenape Neutrality Treaty #8 specifically exempted them from hostilities should any conflict erupt2 thereby explaining why Ruins Of Keystone Forest State Park remain largely unexcavated despite recent excavations4! This ambiguity surrounding Lenape affiliation will likely always be an issue since no self-proclaimed tribal members ever appeared at historical sites such as Checketts Farmstead & Cemetery5!! In any case though regardless thereof our understanding remains clear: before Christianity arrived at what is now Bethlehem there must have been quite some religious activity taking place hereabouts… pretty sure we're going back way before then just like those ancient builders did1!!!

Bethlehem is located on the Monongahela River and is bordered to the north by McKean County, to the east by Armstrong County, and to the south by Venango County. In 1814–15 General Washington visited Bethlehem while campaigning against Napoleon in France and was impressed by its fortifications; he ordered them built again. In 1829–30 work began on what would become Great Western Railroad Company Station; when completed in 1830, it served as one of the first stops on that railroad. After years of debate over which township should be named after George Washington Boulevard (later renamed Independence Avenue), voters chose Bethlehem in 1850. Over time various sectors of town grew larger while others diminished until only two square miles remained within city limits before they were annexed by Philadelphia in 1898 – becoming part of what is now known as Pennsauken Township ZIP code 19107-19084 On December 12th 1916 President Woodrow Wilson delivered his speech “Fourteen Points” at Park Row Presbyterian Church in Philadelphia which laid out future American policy towards World War I goals including militarism and open borders After World War I ended there was tremendous growth within Pennsylvania including Bethlehem where hotels were built along Third Street near Central Avenue In October 1929 Wall Street crashed causing a nationwide depression but also providing an opportunity for businesses such as Bethlehem Steel to prosper A new synagogue opened up near Fourth Street & Market Square just east of Broad Ripple Road during 1933-34 called Bethnai Ratzon Beit Din which means "House For All Mankind" During WWII many factories closed down due to wartime production restrictions but many people continued working at home making munitions or other products like furniture during peacetime
