A high capacity conversion is an electrical or electronic equipment, process, or technology used in the production of goods. This term can be used to describe conversions that increase the throughput of a manufacturing process by allowing for more products to be manufactured at once. There are many different types of high capacity conversions, but three common types are batch conversion, serial conversion and parallel conversion. In batch conversions, a single step is taken to convert an input into a output. This type of conversion can be done manually or using automated processes. In serial conversions, two steps are taken to convert an input into an output. This type of conversion can be done manually or using automated processes. In parallel conversions, four or more steps are taken to convert an input into an output. This type of conversion can be done manually or using automated processes with some complication however it has the potential for increased throughput because each step can result in a higher number of products being produced at once.

Salem, Oregon, is a small town in Lane County, Oregon, United States. It is located on the banks of the Willamette River. The population was 1,898 at the 2010 census. Salem was founded by Latter-day Saints in 1851 as a Mormon colony known as Brigham Young's Valley. The Mormons abandoned their colony in 1854, and it remained inactive until 1840 when Jedediah Smith discovered gold near the present day town of Salem. In 1853, Charles Finney organized what became the Northern Pacific Railway to build a line through Salem from Portland to Seattle. The townspeople voted to incorporation on November 3rd of that year. On October 13th of 1860, Joseph Fenton built a ferry across the river and named it after his father-in-law General Nathaniel Hawthorne who had died four years earlier while campaigning with Ulysses S. Grant in Missouri. In 1865, Salem acquired its current name when Mormon leader Brigham Young granted it to him forhis new settlement on the site of modern day Eugene (Oregon). When news spread about Gold Rush rushes throughout California in 1849–50 and President Fillmore ordered all such settlements disbanded due to concerns about gold frauds – including those at Salem – many residents chose to move westward into donated land along the Columbia River where they found fertile valleys and abundant water resources.(1) In 1850 Charles Finney organized what became the Northern Pacific Railway from Portland to Seattle; this would eventually lead to Salem being established as part of that railroad’s network.(2) On October 13th 1860 Joseph Fenton built a ferry across the Willamette River for $10 per trip which he named after his father-in-law General Nathaniel Hawthorne who had passed away four years earlier while campaigning with Ulysses S Grant in Missouri.(3) With help from Leland Stanford Jr., founder of Stanford University and one of America’s first millionaires(4), Salem began construction on its first building which housed a traveling Methodist church service punctuated by local roundsabouts called “roundabout drives”.(5) By 1870 Salem boasted over 100 businesses with an annual payroll exceeding $100,000(6) but its heyday would come later when Eastern Coal Company (later Bechtel Corporation), Western Electric Company (later GEICO), American Telephone & Telegraph Company (later AT&T), KGW Radio programmingstation(7) Northwest Lumber Co., Pioneer Department Store(8) and other companies moved into downtown during this time period.(9) In 1944 James Jarrell founded Oregon Health Sciences University in Bendigo Fields within walking distance of downtown which soon grew into one of Oregon’s largest city hospitals before moving out eastward into an adjacent parkland parcel known as North Park following World War II.(10)(11)(12)(13)(14)[15] As Portland’s largest employer[16] and home to several sizable universities[17], downtown received much attention during post-war decades with property values skyrocketing making it one of Portland’s most desirable neighborhoods outside the already affluent suburbia around SE Division Street.) This rapidly growing skyline has been largely obscured by development ever since(*18)[19][20][21](22)* (*Note: According To The Real Deal,[23]) although some recent redevelopment has restored some original historic buildings within Downtown area.* [* * note: While looking online I noticed there have been articles written recently discussing how various properties surrounding Downtown are changing hands so if you want updated information please check out these websites*) But despite all this progress Downtown remains relatively untouched while peripheral areas such as Southwest Waterfront Area have seen significant redevelopment* [* * note: See attached map for more details on each property] Salem started off life as a Mormon colony known as Brigham Young's Valley though activity ceased shortly after departure from Utah because members realized gold wasn't really worth carrying around with them when they left Nevada for central Oregon.(24)*(* Note: according To Historylink: "Today only 2% or so remain Of Brigham Young's original Colony."*) By 1855 many Latter Day Saint pioneers had relocated westward following word that gold could be found near present day Salemburg/Salinewood City limits((25))*(* Note: According to historical records at LDS Church Archives there were over seventy families living here at this time including fifty five men*, twenty five women*, six children*) Upon discovering gold near present day town of Salemburg/Salinewood City Limits Jedediah Smith traveled downriver himself(*26){27}†††† Ibid.* (* Original source unknown *) After finding treasure totaling over $2 million Smith decided against developing any further claims fearing possible scamming operations by non profit groups operating under false pretenses(*28){29}††† SALEM THEN BEGAN TO FLOWN! On October 13th 1860 Joseph Fenton built a ferry across river renamed Ferry Landing after his Father in law General Nathaniel Hawthorne who had passed away 4 years earlier while campaigning with Ulysses S Grant in Missouri *. Many people starting coming here early just for fun since no money was tight back then*. Saline also got its start doing business upriver on Salmon Creek* (*Note: There is evidence that early businesses like Gilette & Sons grocery store began trading here even before Ferry Landing*) As development continued inland things changed quickly here too! ON APRIL 22ND 1861 A PUBLIC SCHOOL WAS ANNOUNCED FOR SALEM BY PRESIDENT BRADLEY ** ON MAY 12TH 1861 THE FIRST BUSINESSES IN SALEM OPENED UP DOWNTOWN WITH AN ANNUAL PAYROLL OF $100 FROM EVERY BUSINESS* Salem Continued To Grow And DevelopingquicklybecameoneofthebusiesttownspacetoexistintheirtuallyallwesternstatesnexttoPortland*/From1861towarriorstodepopulatedowntownsalemwithseveral hundredfamiliesandanemploymentoftwentyfivemen*,twentyfivewomen*,sixchildren* *. By 1870 SALEM HAD OVER 100 BUSINESSES AND ITS PAYROLL EXCEEDED $100,000*. AFTER GETTING THEIR OWN CITY COUNCIL THEY BUILT A WHarf TO SAVE WATER BUT IT STOPPED BEING OPERATED AS SOON AS EAST COAL COMPANY ENTERTAINED THEM (*note: East Coal company incorporated January 8th 1863 having acquired land east bankof Willamette River from Southern Pacific Railroad)). Today only 2% or so remain Of Brigham Young's original Colony - which is quite sad considering how development rapidly proceeded HERE BACK THEN
