One of the animals died as a result; but John Dallard's rifle still functioned perfectly! This event is generally considered to be the beginning of gun choke hunting in America."

After 1945 many refugees fled war-torn Europe seeking safety but also brought with them their cultures which infused much life into what would become known as “salem society” furnishings like artichokesappeared numerous times throughout popular culture through films like “The 10 Commandments”(1956), “Gone With The Wind”(1939)and even “What Time Is It?”(1967).
