This kit allowed for more accurate destruction of fingerprints and otherprints from firearms than previous methods used at the time. In 1950, another American inventor named James Cooper developed a kit called “Gun-Lube” which consisted of two containers: one with Krylon anti-static paint and one with motor oil (later renamed ATF hardware). The oil container was used to lubricate all moving parts on rifles and shotguns while the Krylon paint container was used to protect against static electricity discharge when cleaning guns using this method (later renamed gun restorer). In 1957, another American inventor named Robert Hogue developed a kit known as Gun-Cleaning Solution #1 which contained three bottles: one containing solvent (Hexane), one containing detergent (Triton X-100), and one containing white spirit (Worchester). The solvent bottle was used to dissolve any oils or grease present on firearms while the detergent bottle was responsible for removing dirt, dust, etc., from firearms while leaving them still working correctly; also note that this solver did not contain ammonia like later products do! The white spirit bottle was utilized in order to create clouds of foam that would assist in dislodging any remaining grit or debris from firearms aftercleaning them utilizing either solvent or detergent alone.

On December 5th 1907 voters approved a resolution ratifying the city charter change and making it an incorporated city with full powers to governance its own affairs within its limits subject only to proper regulation by the state government through its department of public safety
