In 1924, ownership of the Gunsmith Shop passed to John Waddell and his son Dick Waddell Jr., who operated it until its closure in 1984. From then on, it became an annual meeting place for members of both the Cascade Pistol Club and Oregon Rifle Association (ORA). In 1986, ORA moved its monthly meeting from Maynard to Redmond because there was no other facility within reasonable driving distance that could accommodate all their meetings during that time period! Today’sMicrosoft campus comprises more than 1 million square feet (120,000 m2) inside three buildings: Eastside Village (including The Redmond School District Building), Central Park South (home to Cascade Books & Music), and Ballpark Drive Northeast which houses restaurants including Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Starbucks Coffee & Tea cafes; this last property opened in 2007 adjacent to CenturyLink Field just south of Interstate 5 just outside downtown Bellevue/Redmond boundaries
