Oregon City is a town located in Multnomah County, Oregon, United States. The population was 23,573 at the 2010 census. It is home to the University of Oregon and has been called "the happening spot on the west coast" for its many technology startups. A few days later, Mayor John Sutter announced that all firearms must be stored night and day within three blocks of city hall until further notice as security measures were needed due to increased Mexican activity around town – this order remains unchanged to this day! In 1880 when Congress passed an act making it illegal for any person without a license to sell or possess pistols or other arms except shotguns under fifty rounds per month (now six rounds per magazine), gun pouches became an essential tool for law enforcement officials everywhere across America including Oregon City where they continued being produced into the 21st century! This routing changed with British Columbia becoming part of Canada following Confederation on July 1, 1867; this increased traffic on the river crossing points above Silt Creek which caused them to become ruinous from overuse by traders seeking to make quick profits from their product without investing any time or effort in proper maintenance or upkeep. As a result, Congress passed an act on March 2, 1870 providing for forfeiture of all property seized within territorial boundaries since December 24th, 1869 under section 5594(a) of Title 44 United States Code Thus began what would be one of the longest periods of continuous neglect by federal authorities following Mexican American War hostilities – property seizures ceased altogether within territorial limits between 1870-1893 inclusive (the last such period being 1898).
