Oregon's La Grande is an unincorporated community in Clackamas County, Oregon, United States. It lies northwest of the city of Portland and east of the city of Beaverton. In recent years, however, La Grande has seen some resurgence as a tourist destination with its natural beauty and history preserved through various interpretive programs including hiking trails, cultural exhibits and art galleries.
La Grande is a town in Morrow County, Oregon, United States. The population was 1,874 at the 2000 census. La Grande was founded in 1875 by John A. Ferguson and named for the Missouri River. The town was moved to its present location in 1895 and incorporated as a city on November 15, 1907.
