After World War II, there were a lot of changes taking place with regards to gun magazines in Keizer, Oregon. The first major change happened when Jack Beasley became the editor-in-chief of the "Portland Tribune". He made a decision that all future issues of the "Portland Tribune" would be published monthly instead of annually like previous years. This meant that there would no longer be any gaps between issues and that new articles would become available much more quickly than before. This change also caused an increase in circulation for the magazine as people now had more access to it than they ever had before thanks to Beasley's editorial control over it. Another big change took place with regards to gun magazines when Harry Weingarten became publisher of the "Oregon Statesman". Weingarten decided that all future issues of the "Oregon Statesman" would be published weekly instead of monthly like previous years. Keizer is an unincorporated community in Clackamas County, Oregon, United States. It lies east of the confluence of the Willamette and Columbia Rivers. As of the 2010 census, its population was 710. The town was founded in 1887 by John Keizer and his brother James Keizer as a small farmstead on the banks of the Willamette River. The brothers named their settlement after George Washington's Mount Vernon plantation near Georgetown, Kentucky. In 1905, John Keiser donated land to make way for a public school and post office. In 1912, the first African American to be elected to Keizer Township (now Clackamas County) served as justice of the peace; he was also namesake of that township's first store and restaurant. In 1945, when Oregon became an all-white state, Keizer residents boycotted efforts to establish a black high school; they instead established Northwest High School in nearby Beaverton. On December 12th of that year, local media reported that white supremacists had bombed a black church in Portland; no arrests were made but a number of people were injured including one person killed. That same day, white supremacists kidnapped two black men from their home in Portland and took them to a remote location where they were whipped with electrical cords until they died; this event is commonly known as "The Night Of The Klansmen". On November 5th 1948—the 50th anniversary of Oregon's admission into the United States—Keizers' post office reopened after being closed for several years due to lack of mail service from Clackamas County. On January 1st 1949—just five months later—a new elementary school opened at Keizertown Elementary School following decades-long planning by parents and educators within the community who saw it as an essential part of providing education for all students within walking distance from their homes. Today there are over 350 students enrolled at Keisertown Elementary School which offers grades PreK-8th grade along with many extracurricular opportunities such as music lessons/ choir rehearsal times etc., making it one OF THE most diverseelementary schools located right next door TO your house!

In 1892, Keizer was founded by D.W. Keizer and his wife, Lillie. The town was named after German settler Johann Friedrich Wilhelm Keizer, who arrived in Oregon in 1847. By 1893, the population of Keizer had increased to 150 people and theKeiser Hotel was built on the site of an earlier cabin. In 1902, a dam was built supplying water to the nearby city of Portland and Keizer grew rapidly as a result; by 1907, it had a population of 1,500 people. However, during World War I (1914-18),Keizer was located within enemy lines and much of its infrastructure became destroyed or damaged. However, thanks to community effort and donations from individuals and businesses alike, Keizer recovered quickly - in 1918 its population stood at 1,731 residents. After the war ended in 1918,Keizer experienced rapid growth due to new industrial development that began arriving at the port town from all over the United States; by 1930 it had become one of the most populous cities in Oregon. During this time period too there were significant changes taking place in both aspects of life - Keyer began developing into an early 21st century technology hub with many start-ups being formed around this time including Google Chat Satellite Service (1998), Yahoo! Earth (1999), LiveJournal (2003), YouTube (2005) and several other high profile companies that continue to operate today. Additionally key figures associated with Keyer during this time include entrepreneur Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson who co-founded Johnson Financial Services LLC (later known as ROCKFORD FINANCIAL SERVICES) which is still active today; actress Demi Moore who started her own business selling body wash; Kenneth Wolk who served as Mayor from 2000-2004; Drs John Atherton and Leslie Hirschhorn who founded Atherton Plastic Surgery Center which continues operation today under new ownership
