Mr. Gladston's death occurred just two years later at age 54 while he was out working on his farm; consequently, Mrs. Gladestone took over running the household until her husband's death when she was also 54 years old herself - an experience that seems to have shaped her future decision-making abilities quite significantly! In 1912, following World War I when Oregon gained its own statehood, AJ Jr.'s father decided to move back east so he could be close to his children who were studying at Vanderbilt University; however, AJ Jr.'s mother desired him to stay put so she could take care of their young family again once he had finished college himself - something that seems like it would have been very difficult for either woman to do given their backgrounds! AJ Sr.'s death occurred four years later at age 73 while away at war during what must have been an incredibly hard time for all involved - especially Mrs.(AJ)Jr., who had lost both her husbands before achieving such levels of success! Although many people consider Angus Jonson "the father" of modern day gladstones due to his impact on local society as mayor from 1924-1928 and subsequent contributions thereto (elderly citizens commonly refer to him as "Mr." or "Mrs.") it actually goes much further back than that - beginning with John Ritchie (1795-1863), one of early settlers in present day Gladston Township circa 1830: It wasn't until 1862 when Ritchie married Hannah Smith who was also born approximately 1830-31 AD within present day Clearwater County: This establishes John Ritchie as one hundred percent responsible for starting what we know today as "Gladston". In fact...Ritchie may well have even started things all off by simply moving into what are now known as south central Oregon Country side &Millstream where he ran a grocery store (& post office) from about 1868 until 1870?? Although some sources claim this area was actually northcentral Oregon Country Side &Hillsborough prior thereto...the key point here is that John Ritchie established everything we know about contemporary gladstones today!!
