Canby’s growth continued through World War II when many local businesses became involved in manufacturing munitions or providing services for defense plants across Oregon and Washington state. Afterward, civic involvement waned until recently as new development has taken over much of downtown’s acreage; however some businesses have started up again such as Canby Brewing Company which reopened after a two year hiatus in October 2015 following a fire that destroyed its former building near downtown Canby In 2016-2018 Canby underwent an extensive revitalization project which included new sidewalks, streetlights, turnpike median conversion (to make it more pedestrian friendly), redevelopment of several blocks along Main Street including Oneida Drive (formerly Joes Place Grill), expansion of accessible facilities including renovated libraries/museum/gallery/parking garage/elders home/new high school gymnasium; renovation of buildings on First Avenue between Main Street and Center Street; renovation of three churches: Our Lady Of All Angels Catholic Church (new build with green roof & courtyard outside), Reformed Lutheran Church (old brick building with reasonable facade), First Baptist Church (largest church ever built). Due largely to wind farm developments adjacent to downtown Canby dating back several years prior there has been an increase in noise levels both day & night during summer months especially near intersections where access roads cross busy arterial streets

However, there are some drawbacks associated with using large calibers with small bore barrels: first and foremost is that this type of ammunition often requires a custom-made barrel which can be quite expensive and time consuming; secondly, when firing large calibers through a small bore barrel you risk damaging your target as well as yourself because your shots will not travel as far as they would if you shot through a standard 3 inch rifle barrel
