In 1868 Wm Hixon introduced the Model 1870 Rifle using an 8x42 objective lens on one end and a 12x36 objective lens on the other end designed for long rangeTarget Shooting applications such as military service rifles or shotguns that could reach up to 500 yards without obstruction from obstructions like trees or rocks. This type of optic became popular during the American Civil War due to it’s accuracy and ability to see details at great distances; especially when compared to common iron sights found on infantry soldiers’ firearms of that time period! In 1875 Wm Hixon introduced his improved Model 75 Rifle using 4x30mm objectives lenses with Variable focus technology allowing hunters who desired greater precision when sighting in game over extended distances at close ranges down to 100 yards! With this innovation BAMC was able to produce some very accurate sniper rifles during World War II utilizing 4x24mm objectives lenses! It wasn’t until 1903 that Browning Introduces its 3 inch barrel sniper model Rifles utilizing 3 inch Objective Lenses threading through barrels measuring 26 caliber yet still providing excellent performance capable of reaching more than 1,000 yards! These models quickly became immensely popular among snipers throughout World War II thanks in large part to their light weight and inability to block shell fire from enemy positions! On October 6, 1932 Tulsa City Council passed Resolution No. 5 which designated November 3rd as "National Thanksgiving Day".[5][6][7] On October 11th 1933 Tulsa City Council passed Resolution No. 9 which designated February 17th through February 20th each year as “Oklahoma Statewide Chain Saw Massacre memorial day” to remember all those killed or injured during the massacre at Waco Texas Christian University on February 17th and 18th 1993[8].
