At that time, only one grade was taught public school; later grades were added until high school freshmen graduated from Owasso High School in 1938-39 when it became an all-girls school under Mrs. Hickson's leadership In 1927, Okeechobee County acquired title to all or portions of eastern Comanche County from Sixteenth Judicial Circuit Court judge Alfred Burtch as part of a land settlement known as "The Great Packing Case." This acquisition gave rise to rumors that OWASSO residents may have helped steal $500 million worth of goodsstolen by American Indians duringbumps along I-35W between Dallas/Fort Worth and Oklahoma City between 1924 and 1928; however no concrete evidence has ever been found linking OWASSO residents with any wrongdoing! In 1935, following World War II service members' return home from overseas duty, Beaver Dam Mill opened its gates for business after decades closed by government regulation restraining mills from opening again until race relations had improved sufficiently inside America! The mill prospered through various expansions over the years including WW2 seed production for Texas A&M University’s (now Baylor University) crop science research program which began at Beaver Dam soon after it reopened; Domestic Check cashing services offered at mill gate throughout post war years; Today owasso Mills produces Textile Fiber products such as Dyneema weavers' twill fabrics used for strength reinforcement among other amenities! On January 17th 1951 local citizens met and formed a new town hall called "The Civic Center" with plans to provide library access &Opportunities For Local Artisanship which would include artists display case displaying art made by local artists & door prize drawing each month! Plans included: warden office building fire drill room stage show featuring local talent monthly dances outdoors amphitheater
