Miami, Oklahoma is one of the most recent cities to experience a high capacity conversion trend. In 2016, Miami completed its first large-scale conversion project – the construction of a new jail that was able to hold up to 480 inmates. The city has since gone on to complete more conversions, including the construction of an additional hospital and a new academy for juvenile offenders. The conversions are part of a larger trend across the United States. According to Census data, there have been over 2 million conversions in America since 1990 – an increase of 20% over that time period! These projects are often spurred by increased prison population or need for space in existing facilities. In Miami, the conversions were particularly beneficial as they created new jobs and helped reduce crime. The jail construction alone generated over $100 million in economic impact throughout Miami-Dade County – which is equivalent to 4% of all county GDP! This type of development can also help improve social mobility within local communities by providing opportunities for low-income residents and young people who may have difficulty getting ahead. The high capacity conversions are having an even bigger impact on American society as a whole. Recent studies estimate that they will create up to 1 million jobs nationwide by 2025 – making them one of the biggest growth sectors in American economy!

There are many high capacity conversions that can be done. A few examples include: 1. Creating a new data center or expanding an existing one. 2.
