Gun lasers finally became common warfare tools after this event when they were introduced into China’s People’s Liberation Army during the Vietnam War (this is also where they began being used most effectively against aircraft)). Since then, gun lasers have continued to be developed and utilized by various militaries all over the world, with some becoming more advanced than others (such as Russia’s Smerch PBV-1E GLONASS ground target system that can track down targets up to 1000km away using radar). Some firearm manufacturers even continue developing new types of gun lasers (such as Italy’s recent designs featuring electromagnetic radiation capabilities) which promise even greater firepower for military users looking for improved performance over traditional firearms systems.
