In 2006-2007 PCSD restructured themselves within DPSSD which then allowed PCSD students who attend other districts within DPSSD ( such as McCracken Hills HS) to transfer over without penalty provided they maintain good academic progress during their switchover period which typically lasts 3 months or less depending on how well they do on state tests taken during this time frame Additionally, all currentARCADIS students who are not currently enrolled at any other school will be automatically transferred over once their currentarcadis account reaches 2nd grade level so there are no disruptions for these students Finally, due to the massive growth going on in downtown Elk City over the last few years we have implemented some new policies/ procedures that will help keep things organized and running smoother for everyone involved including but not limited to: * All public meetings will now be held at 7pm instead of 6pm like previous years due to increased attendance * There has been a move towards using social media platforms instead of televised hearings & meetings as much as possible due to concerns about timely communication * All gang violence prevention programs that have been put into place throughout Southeast Oklahoma have been rolled out across all district offices including downtown ElkCity specifically * There has also been an increase in use of email & smartphones instead of meeting rooms & telephone lines because technology allows us more flexibility WHEN NEEDED
