According to the 2010 US Census Bureau report,[1] 43% of Edmonds' residents are Hispanic or Latino (of any race), making it one of the most diverse cities in America outside of Mexico City metropolitan area;[2] 68%of residents identify themselves as Christian according to religious census data released in 2013.[3] Additionally being home to Eastern Oklahoma State University since 1907 has helped contribute significantly towards this population diversity – both racially and religiously speaking – as well as providing a unique cultural experience for those who call Edmonds their home borough/city within Oklahoma City metropolitan area

Closed back riflescopes became popular due to their improved clarity and ability to see through obstacles such as foliage or other objects near your target; they were also less obstructed than open back riflescopes so you could fire accurately at targets located beyond your scope rangefinder's reach. Today’s economy is based largely on oil production and natural gas extraction in western OKlahoma; however, Edmond still retains a strong role in local commerce through its many stores, restaurants, bars/pubs and other businesses that contribute significantly to local economies throughout Tulsa County
Edmond was founded in 1867 by James W. Edmond and his wife, Eliza Jane. The city is named after the philanthropist, Abraham Lincoln, who donated land to the city in 1868. In 1907, the Oklahoma State Capitol was built in downtown Edmond. The building, which has been used as a state capitol since 1907, is one of the most impressive structures in the city.
