He put the gun in a soft cases made of cloth and straw and stored it at his home. In 1930, he went into business with his brother-in-law, J.C. Wooten, and they started manufacturing their own soft cases. They used felt instead of cloth to make their cases and they named their company Softgun Cases Incorporated. During World War II, many people in Chickasha decided to become Pro shotguns owners because they were needed for the war effort. Many people also decided to start buying new soft guns because there was not as much available during wartime. After the war ended, businesses like Softgun Cases stopped making cases for soft guns because there was more demand for hard firearms than there was for soft firearms. Today, Softgun Cases is still in business making newsoft cases for all types of handguns including revolvers and pistols. Chickasha is a small town in Adair County, Oklahoma. The population was 1,812 at the 2010 census. It is part of the Tulsa metropolitan area. Chickasha began as a post office in 1907 and became a city in 1912. Chickasha has one school, Chickasha High School, which serves students from pre-K to 12th grade. The history of Chickasha can be traced back to 1881 when A.P. Hill founded the first store in what is now Chickasha. In 1907, Chickasha became a city and had its first election that year on November 3rd. The first mayor of Chickasha was Dora L Capps and the first City Councilmember was Wm H Fenton III who served until 1940 when he died suddenly at the age of 60 years old. In 1912, chickashawas annexed by Tulsa and it officially became a city under Mayor J P Hardin (1912-1916). One of the earliest landmarks within reach for local residents was an ice cream parlor soon built on Main Street near Nowata Avenue known as "The Creamery". It operated successfully until 1942 when business stopped due to World War II rationing which greatly impactedOklahoma's agricultural production; however, some trace evidence still exists that shows activity resumed after the war with new business owners such as Mrs Addison Cooks owning and operating "The Olde Hickory House" restaurant from 1951-1965 when it closed because of lack of customers following Interstate 45 construction that took effect then also reducing travel options for locals leading to high unemployment rates among male workers during this time period In 1984, AFI Incorporated purchased all assets from Mrs Addison Cooks' restaurant including "The Olde Hickory House" restaurant which reopened as an event center providing entertainment for local events; however flood damage occurred in early 1985 so closed again for several years while insurance values increased making reopening possible but costs associated with returning such an large facility caused it to be mothballed once again until 2003 when infrastructure improvements completed by Adair County supported economic revitalization creating jobs both inside and outside the community supporting physical expansion into adjacent neighborhoods bringing more people closer together while maintaining traditional 50/50 split ownership/management between adaircounty government entities - including adjaiators municipality - responsible governing body consisting citizensially elected officials with ultimate responsibility over all aspects municipal operations

It lies on a small flood plain that forms east–west border for most of its boundaries with Muskogee County and east–westborder for a portion with Osage County; it drops abruptly away towards Spirit Lake below elevation 4200 feet (1312 metres). Most of the area has rolling hills that are covered primarily by cornfields and soybeans; however, there are scattered areas of homesteads and ranch homes as well as some small villages dotting the landscape around downtown Chickasha. According to the 2010 census, Chickacha has a total area of , all land. As defined by USGS National Map #2154-USGS map dated October 2nd 1916 — "All public lands lying within any incorporated or unincorporated settlements situated on or near present day Chicka Heights between 36°30′N 95°00′W (−36 degrees 30 minutes north latitude and 95 degrees 00 seconds west longitude) including all streams flowing into them", according to this definition Chickasha has . As per wikipedia's article about Creek Indian Wars: "The Creek Indian Wars were fought from 1818 until 1848 between American forces led by General Andrew Jackson against Native Americans living along trails through Indian Territory controlled by Creek chiefs such as Tecumseh and Tenskwatawa" According to historian James Mooney: "American military operations began with Seminole War techniques such as ambushes across open ground followed by direct assault upon fortified positions ..." After many years of warfare waged without congressional approval or compensation for America's indigenous people, Congress passed an act on February 17th 1837 authorising President James K A Polk "...to negotiate Treaties With The Cherokees And Other Tribes …" thus ending up resulting in more than 620 deaths among Creeks due to forced relocation during this time period while also accusing other tribes like the Seminoles/Alaska Natives altogether engaging in similar hostilities throughout much of what is now southern Oklahoma
