However upon arrival at town ,General Butler found that there were no guns available anywhere near town hall but instead individuals had brought their pistols home with them It took him 3 days before he located 2 cannons belonging to an old fortification which he went ahead and destroyed using explosives Although some people were killed or injured during this process most notably Levi Greenlaw who later became famous for suing General Butler for damages Greenlaw claimed that he would have died if not for general Butler’s forces being stationed nearby

After the war ended, many people returned to west Side streets such as Academy Drive but some decided to move back into central Ohio because it was cheaper than living near Union forces or fighting against them again two years later when America gained independence from Great Britain!
