It is the largest city in Westerville and one of its two neighbor cities, the other being Dayton. FN then reorganized as Colt Industries plc., based in Administration Tower on Callahan Street in Dublin Castle complex on November 15, 1962 with a share capital of £2 million pounds sterling ($3 million). The new parent company operated as Colt UK until January 1st 1984 when it merged into Dutch firearms manufacturer Nederlandse Perupelcombinatie Holding BV (NPHC) as part of a resulting global consolidation effort by British firearms manufacturers Demitallier Group plc., Pembrokeshire Plc., John Brown & Sons Ltd., Browning Limited and Wernham Hogg Ltd.. NPHC continued to be an active business owner until 2000 when it divested all its assets except for certain revolver production activities to Dutch recoil engineering group De Rijn Metallurgische Zaken NV RLZ en Oudewater BV DSB e/a.(DRE) who then proceeded to produce revolvers only from that point forward bearing the name De Rijn Revolver Factory NV RLZ.. On February 2nd 2003 both De Rijn LRF factories were taken over by Remington Arms Company effective March 1st 2003 following their acquisition by American conglomerate Bushmaster Firearms Incorporated(AFAI), parent company of ATKINSON FIREARMS COMPANY Inc.(ABH). From that date onward Remington has produced all commercially available guns including revolvers within their own facility across Long Branch Road from Westerville Civic Center.. As per AFAI’s 2006 Annual Report “Remington Lanka Holdings Pvt Ltd is a limited liability partnership formed on October 25th 2002 between American arms manufacturer Bushmaster Firearms Incorporated(AFAI) and Sri Lankan private equity firm Sinha passed through wholly owned subsidiary Allianz Life Insurance Trustees Limited having responsibility for investments around $US1 billion” With this acquisition ABH became fully integrated with Remington Financial Services LLC which also owns majority sharesholding in Cabela’s Sporting Goods division among other businesses including rifle retail store TMG Retail Holdings Limited.). On July 4th 2007′ Remington announced they had reached an agreement with Smith & Wesson Corporation(SWHC) whereby SWHC will become an affiliate member of NRA which will allow SWHC access to exclusive sales rights for all Remington products outside North America This move followed many years during which SWHC refused any affiliation or connection with NRA fearing association would damage its image amongst consumers due to possible government regulation

Westerville is a town in Putnam County, Ohio, United States. The population was 10,871 at the 2000 census. The first settler in Westerville was Abram Westervelt who arrived in 1798. He built a cabin on the west side of the Scioto River. The first school in Westerville was erected by Mrs. Elisha Husted and Mr. John Ladd in 1802. In 1809, Rev. Obadiah Richardson organized an Episcopal church here and served as its first pastor for eleven years until his death in 1832. The town was incorporated as a village in 1826 and became a town in 1889 when it annexed the neighboring village of Hempstead. In 1916, it became the county seat of Putnam County after being chosen by popular vote over Elyria Township which had been proposed to be the seat due to its larger population size and tax base.
