High Capacity Kits (HcK) are a new type of electric vehicle storage battery that offers increased capacity over traditional lead acid batteries. HcK batteries offer an average cell count of 4800 cells and can be charged in as little as 20 minutes using an electrical outlet. This technology is expected to become the standard in electric vehicles because it offers a longer range, higher speed and more reliable charge than traditional lead acid batteries. The first high capacity kits were developed by Samsung in South Korea in the early 2000s. The kits featured revised lead acid cells which offered up to 3000mAh of charging current when used with an electrical outlet. However, these kits were not popular due to their high price tag and limited availability. In 2006, West Carrollton City, Ohio started development of its own high capacity kit project. The city was interested in developing a new way to generate revenue through electric vehicle sales and wanted to find a better way to store their battery charges. They partnered with Samsung and manufactured their own high capacity kit project which they named "City Kit". City Kit featured revised lead acid cells which offered up to 8000mAh of charging current when used with an electrical outlet. With this kit, West Carrollton City became the first city in Ohio to develop their own high capacity kit project! Today, there are many companies manufacturing highcapacity Kits including Tesla Motors Inc., Nissan Motor Co., LG Chem Ltd., Audi AG, Mitsubishi Heavy Industries Ltd., Kia Motors Corporation etcetera etcetera

West Carrollton City, Ohio was founded on October 15, 1853 as a town in Butler County. It was named for General John Carroll, who had helped to create the United States of America. The city grew rapidly in the early years of its existence and by 1881 it had reached a population of 507 people. On December 14, 1881, West Carrollton City merged with the neighboring town of Bedford to form the new town of West Carrollton.

West Carrollton City is a city in the U.S. state of Ohio and the county seat of Ross County. The population was 21,955 at the 2010 census. It is located on the Western edge of Cincinnati, just east of Dayton and northwest of Cincinnati proper. West Carrollton City is one of five cities in Greater Cincinnati together with Allentown, Berea, Bucyrus, and Middletown which make up the "Cincinnati Cicero" metropolitan area. The first permanent settler in what would become West Carrollton City was Michael Biddle in 1800. He named his land for General James Wayne who had been killed during the American Revolution at Monmouth Court House. In 1813, Daniel Worley purchased from Biddle and started to build a home on what is now Worley Street near where East Market Street meets South Main Street today. The town site was surveyed by John Sayers in 1816 but never formally organized until 1840 when it became part of Lucas County under territorial control from Kentucky following their purchase of land north of Covington Hill from Native Americans who had occupied it for centuries. In 1847–48 two Irish immigrants, Paddy Ryan and Patrick McNulty bought 160 acres (66 ha) northeast of present-day downtown west Carrollton from George Cline for $1 per acre ($27 per ha). They began to cultivate corn on their new property which they sold to farmers throughout central Ohio beginning in earnest in 1850; this early incarnation marked the startof what would be an agricultural dynasty that continues to this day as well as notable civic leaders including Mayor Pro Tem Arthur Sims (1912-1914), current Mayor Dan Gilbert (2007-2013),responsive Congressman Dennis Kucinich (D-Ohio’s 17th Congressional District), President Barack Obama’s former chef/manager at The White House Joel Rosewater and many others including current CEO Joe Larkin - United States Soccer Federation Commissioner Jerome Valcke! In 1865 they donated another 160 acres (66 ha) northwestward across Third Street from their original farm complex to establish Winton Academy which became a middle school later that year before finally donating its entirety – 640 acres total – tracts along State Route 6W between Old Mill Road eastwards into Hamilton Township and Winton Avenue southwestward into Green Township to form Westcarleton University & Health Complex! Although originally intended primarily as a teacher training institution for volunteers workingnearby homeschooling programs conducted there were soon enough students enrolling too!!!!! Thisepicentral location has made Winton Academy oneofthe most highly respected provider(s)of quality educational opportunitiesfor children & adults throughout Southwest Ohio!!! Additionally muchtoinfluentialin developing facetsofthe culture&lifebloodofwestcarletoncitywasthe importance&sampling intensityoftheRhodeIslandgrainsusedinthesuchprogrammevestedin1875! Today these same Rhode Island grains are still widely consumed by residents inthesouthwestcarletoncityregion!!!!!! And whilethis short history doesn't reflect positively upon our city we deeply appreciate all that has transpired within its walls over these past several centuries!!!

West Carrollton City was founded on November 3, 1824 as a small town in the present-day Ohio Valley. It rose to become one of the leading cities in the United States during the Gilded Age. Today, it is a thriving community located just outside of Columbus, Ohio. The city’s roots go back to 1824 when members of the Presbyterian Church persuaded leaders of their denomination to move from Dayton to establish a new settlement in what is now West Carrollton City. The settlers were led by Reverend John Richardson, an experienced cleric who had served as pastor at Second Presbyterian Church in Dayton. At first, the town consisted only of a few homes and a schoolhouse. But within months, residents had built several stores and started trading goods with surrounding communities. By 1830, West Carrollton had developed into an important commercial center for eastern Ohio. During this time, commerce was key to West Carrollton’s growth. Businesses such as attorney Fenton & Company (founded in 1830), hotels and restaurants sprang up around town square; and businesses made use of local transportation options such as stagecoaches and wagons pulled by horses or mules. In addition, churches played an important role in helping to keep locals busy during those tough times. Today, many aspects of life continue to be based oncommerce: There are more than 30 businesses that operate within the limits of West Carrollton City limits; over 100 people work at some aspect of these businesses; and more than 1/3 of all citizens commute into downtown Columbus every day for work or shopping opportunities! That level of success has allowedWest Carrollton City to maintain its status quo since its incorporation as a city in 1898—a record setting period for any U S city!

West Carrollton City was founded in 1871 by John P. West and his wife, Anna. The city was named for the west side of Carroll County. In 1907, the village of West Carrollton merged with the town of Bedford to form Carrollton Township.
