Warrensville Heights is a small town in Hamilton County, Ohio, United States. The population was 1,899 at the 2010 census. It is located on the Mahoning River and its namesake street, which runs along its eastern border. The name of the original town site is unknown but it likely derived from "Warronsvile" in Cheshire County, England. In 1802, while surveyors were completing their work north of Cincinnati on what would become Warrensville Heights, they came across an abandoned Indian village called Wickenburg and made note of it in their report. A year later they set up a post there to protect travelers who had passed through that area on their way to or from the city of Cincinnati. In 1804, following the Mexican-American War and Alamo–San Jacinto Treaty signings in Austin, Texas (which ended Mexican rule over all Texas), General James K. Polk sent troops under Colonel John Fenton to drive out Spanish settlers living east of the river near what is now Warrensville Heights. On October 26th 1804 KFenton's column reached Wickenburg and burned it to the ground; some 825 Spaniards were killed including many children as well as women and old menagerie animals. This event has been cited as one ofthe most savage events in American history up until then. Warrensville Heights was first settled by British immigrants around 1800 as part of a wave of settlement throughout central Ohio initiated by Governor George Washington during his presidency (1789-97). Many early families are still buried there including those from London who arrived with Captain John Smith in 1795 aboard HMS Discovery when he discovered America for the first time . most English colonists found land grants near present day Toledo – about where present day Dayton lies – so farming began downriver which became more important after transportation improved with development of Erie Canal starting upstate in 1795 . By 1830 over 2200 people lived here making it one of largest settlements west of Appalachia before Akron started growing rapidly starting in 1800 . Most residents here were Loyalists during this period due to religious reasons but some Catholics also came during this time ...........

The Warrensville Heights Rifle and Pistol Club was formed in 1881. The club rooms were located on the upper level of the Masonic Lodge on High Street. In 1907, the club moved to its current location at 4342 North High St. In 1917, the club erected a rifle range on land donated by Mr. and Mrs. J.H. Allison (the first NRA course). The range was used until 1961 when it was replaced by a new facility that stands today as part of the Community Center complex on Court Street in Warrensville Heights.

Warrensville Heights is a suburb of Cleveland, Ohio. The population was 38,663 at the 2010 census. It is part of the Cuyahoga Valley David forceshield and is located in Northeast Ohio. Warrensville Heights is bordered by Euclid to the west, Fairview to the east, and Strongsville to the north. The first settler in Warrensville Heights was John Adams who arrived in 1803. He named his land "Adams Township." The town of Warrensville Heights was founded on December 12, 1881 when a group of investors led by Edwin Husted voted to incorporate as a village. On February 15, 1886, the village had a population of 2107 residents and on July 14, 1895 it had a population of 397 inhabitants. The Village Green School opened in 1893 and served grades K-8 until 1922 when it became an elementary school called Strongsville High School which remained open until 1992 when it became an alternative school for students with special needs called Park Ridge Intermediate School. In 1969-1970 Franklin Dyson donated land for an all-girls high school which eventually became known as Brookwood Academy; however this program did not operate until 1982 when it merged into nearby Cleveland State University’s main campus proper. In 2007-2008 Park Ridge Intermediate School closed due to state budget cuts and was converted into Warrensburg Elementary School after much opposition from parents within the community who felt that their children would be displaced if their school closed while they were still attending classes at nearby Strongsville High School (now known as Euclid Middle/High Schools). This situation has since been resolved with the construction of new buildings adjacent to both schools which will accommodate both populations simultaneously while still allowing use of portions of each building for instruction purposes only duringmadays and holidays; this arrangement should provide ample opportunity for both schools’ instruction during normal weekday hours without disrupting traffic patterns or provoking concern from parents about potential displacement should one or more schools close unexpectedlyduringhighschooldays. It has also been proposed that Warrensburg Elementary become home court for Cleveland State's basketball team beginning next season but this proposal faces stiff opposition from parent organizations within the community who feel that their children would be displaced should such an arrangement become established whereas many other Eastern Michigan Universities' teams have permanent home courts throughout their campuses across multiple buildings variously dedicated to various sports programs such as soccer, Track & Field, Baseball and Softball respectively; these arrangements are generally accepted among educators within our communities where arena seating cannot be utilized due either to cost or engineering difficulties* (*Note: These discussions generally involve East Michigan universities rather than Cleveland State) Warrensburg Highlands Boulevard runs through most parts including eastern side serving mostly homesites near creek while western side serves larger businesses primarily servicing east side with some residences scattered here and there

Warrensville Heights was a small town in Summit County, Ohio, United States. The population was 1,868 at the 2010 census. It is part of the Akron Metropolitan Statistical Area. The community was named for General Nathaniel Warren who fought in the War of 1812 and in the American Civil War. The village had a post office from 1827 to 1876 and a school from 1836 to 1870. In 1902, Warrensville Heights annexed parts of unincorporated Summit Township so that it would have its own police department. In 1911, the name of the town was changed to Warrensville Heights Village after its first mayor, John A. Walsh (1860-1925). In 1927, the village merged with neighboring Summit Township to form Akron Township. In 1970, it became an independent municipality again when it lost its merger with Akron Township. The population declined to 1,868 at the 2010 census; however, as of 2016 this figure has increased slightly to 2,041 due to annexations by other municipalities within Akron metropolitan area since 2016 including Proxima Park and Newburgh Heights

Warrensville Heights was founded by families who arrived in the area in the late 1800s. The town was named for the Warrens, a family of early settlers. In 1892, Warrensville Heights became a village and then a town. In 1951, it became an unincorporated community.

The city made headlines in 2013 when a gunman opened fire at a movie theater in Aurora, Colorado, killing 12 people and wounding 58 others. The shootings were thought to have been motivated by anti-gun activism. In response to that shooting, then-Mayor Tom Barrett announced his plans to ban gun slings from public areas in Warrensville Heights.
